A field manager calls you and books a short in-person interview at our Lahore office in Al-Kabir Town. Bring your own tools so we can run a quick skill check on a controlled scenario.

Approval usually inside 48 hours. First job typically within a week, faster in dense areas such as DHA Phase 5, Bahria Town, and Gulberg.
How earnings work

- Commission: 12% (capped at PKR 500 per job). Visible in-app before you accept.

- Tax-clean: monthly statements aligned with FBR filer requirements. We deduct withholding tax where applicable.

+How much can I earn per month?
It depends on your trade, hours, and area density. Median full-time AC technician on Domiraqo in 2025 earned PKR 92,000/month; median full-time electrician PKR 76,000/month; median full-time plumber PKR 81,000/month. We share actuals for your specific trade during the interview.
+Do I need a valid CNIC?
Yes. Domiraqo only onboards professionals with a valid NADRA-issued CNIC. We will not put any worker on the platform whose identity cannot be verified with NADRA. That is non-negotiable.
+What if a customer does not pay?
Domiraqo covers it. We have never made a worker chase a customer for money. If something is disputed, we hold the payment and resolve inside 48 hours with our dispute team.
+Can I work part-time?
Yes. Set your hours in the worker app. We will not pressure you to be online if you have told us you are off.
+Do I need my own tools?
Yes for basic kit. We finance specialised tools (refrigerant charging stations, meggers, drain machines) at 0% interest, recovered from earnings.
+What is the dress code?
