Domiraqo is a premium home-care and service ecosystem, based in Lahore, Pakistan. We rebuilt the entire stack (CNIC-verified professionals, transparent quotes, written workmanship guarantees, and in-app dispute resolution) to deliver one premium service standard across every neighbourhood we serve. Today, that means seven areas of Lahore. Tomorrow, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, and every major Pakistani city after that.
What we're doing
Make it routine to book a trustworthy AC technician, electrician, plumber, or cleaning team at fair, transparent prices, with the same person you can re-book by name. Routine is hard. Routine is the point.
Identity over ratings
Star ratings get gamed. NADRA-verified CNICs, character checks, in-person interviews, and continuous skill audits do not. Every professional on Domiraqo is a vetted human we have personally met at our Lahore office.
Pay sets behaviour
When the professional walks away with 88% of what the customer paid, they show up on time, in uniform, with the right tools. We protect that margin in every city we enter, applying the same commission structure and the same payout cadence.
Written guarantees
Six-month workmanship cover on every job. If it stops working, the same professional comes back at no charge. No fine print, no jurisdictional carve-outs.
Density beats sprawl
We pick a neighbourhood, run it to premium standard, then move to the next. DHA before Bahria Town. Bahria Town before Model Town. Lahore before Karachi. The bar holds while we grow.
How we got here
In 2024, our founder kept hitting the same wall in Lahore: a fragmented home-services market with no accountability, no consistent quality, and worker pay structures that pushed the best technicians into the informal economy. The homeowner experience was inconsistent; the worker experience was worse. The conclusion was simple. This had to be rebuilt from the wiring.
Domiraqo opened its first office in Al-Kabir Town, Lahore and ran its first booking in early 2025. We launched on a single principle: identity, quote, and guarantee, in writing, before any tool touches your home. Eighteen months in, we operate across seven of Lahore's most demanding residential areas and run a maintenance book that includes some of the city's best-known houses, apartments, and gated communities.
We grow one neighbourhood at a time. Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi are on the operational roadmap. Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Sialkot are under evaluation for 2027–28. We expand only when an ops team in that city is ready to hold the line.
The team
Sixteen full-time staff at the Lahore headquarters: operations, engineering, compliance, and field managers who personally interview every professional before they go live. We grow when operational capacity is ready, not when a board asks. Backed by a Pakistani family-office investor based in Lahore.
