Delete your Domiraqo account

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

If you still have access to the Domiraqo app on your phone, this is the quickest route — the deletion takes effect within seconds.

1. 1Open the Domiraqo app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Open the Profile tab from the bottom navigation.
3. 3Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. 4Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete forever.
5. 5You will be signed out automatically. Your account is now gone.

Request deletion by email

If you have lost access to the app, the device the account was registered on, or the phone number associated with the account, send us a deletion request and our team will process it within 7 business days.

What we delete

• Your profile (name, photo, language preference).
• Saved addresses and pinned locations.
• Active login sessions and refresh tokens on every device.
• Push notification subscriptions for this account.
• For workers: your verified-pro profile, the list of services you offer, and your service-area zones.

What we retain (and why)

Some records cannot be fully deleted because doing so would break the rights of other people you transacted with, our legal obligations under Pakistan income tax law (FBR) and the Personal Data Protection Bill of Pakistan, or our fraud-prevention duties to other users on the platform.

• Completed bookings — the counterparty (worker or customer) keeps their copy of the receipt, and we are required to keep accounting records of completed transactions for the period mandated by FBR / Pakistan income tax law.
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
• A minimal block-list entry (hashed phone number only) if your account was suspended for harassment or fraud, so the same number cannot re-register. This is the only personal identifier retained beyond the legal accounting window.

How long does it take?

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Once deletion completes, the data above is removed within 30 days from all of our systems, including backups, in line with Pakistan's data-protection framework.
